All App ideas submitted by you (SUBMITTER) will immediately become property of United Holdings Group.
Submission of an idea does not constitute any binding relationship between United Holdings Group and the SUBMITTER.
Many applications that are submitted are similar and it is at UHG's sole discretion which application, if any, to build and which SUBMITTER to credit.
SUBMITTER will receive 25% of all gross revenues (Gross Revenues are proceeds received by UHG after App store and Android Market commission is taken out) generated AFTER the “break even” point for their application (break even is defined as cost assumed by UHG to design, develop and market the application.
If application does not break even, the SUBMITTER will not receive compensation.
By accepting these terms you give consent for United Holdings Group to use your name, likeness, ideas, application and personal information for any and all purposes, including posting on http://UnitedHoldingsGroup.com website and any promotional materials.
Because UHG is actively developing original applications, a submitted idea may already be in development and such ideas are the property of United Holdings Group.
You give permission to United Holdings Group to contact you via phone and/ or email to further clarify your idea or discuss this agreement if need be.
Particpating applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF UNITED HOLDINGS GROUP.
THIS AGREEMENT AND IT’S TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF UNITED HOLDINGS GROUP.
